Heli-Hiking

 

Alpine Walk Take the time to discover natural alpine landscapes and high mountain vistas. Feel free to explore while your experienced guide provides knowledgeable commentary on the area’s wildlife, geography, flora and fauna. This excursion offers a scenic helicopter flight to a secluded area high above the Bow River Valley and 2 to 3 hours of hiking with pace and distance covered depending entirely on the wishes of the group. A minimum of 3 passengers is required. Total flight time is approximately 15 minutes.

 

Royal Canadian Heli-Hike  Begin your day with a 25 minute Royal Canadian Tour offering an excellent introduction to the Canadian Rockies. Your journey will take you along high mountain peaks, lush valleys, alpine meadows and pristine lakes. Then enjoy your guided hike along scenic alpine ridges and meadows. The difficulty of the hike depends on the ability of the group. A minimum of 2 passengers is required. Total flight time is approximately 35 minutes.
